Yes. The design visit and the quote are both free and there is no obligation. You get a fixed written price covering exactly what is included, so there are no surprises later.
It depends on the size of the kitchen and whether there is building work involved, like moving a wall, a boiler or a door. We give you a written schedule alongside the quote so you know the dates before you commit to anything.
We handle it. We have our own workforce of tradesmen, so plastering, electrics, plumbing, flooring and any structural work are all covered in-house with one point of contact. Customers regularly tell us that is the part they valued most on a big job.
Yes. Our workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee, and the units, worktops and appliances are covered by their own manufacturer warranties, which are usually considerably longer.
Yes, and it is some of our favourite work. We have fitted kitchens into properties dating back to the 17th century where there was not a single straight wall or level floor. It takes more time at the design stage, which is exactly why we measure properly before quoting.
